When registering a bat98 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your real name, valid Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one bat98 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using the identity of a third party — is strictly prohibited. bat98 employs automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any outstanding balances forfeited.

Account Verification (KYC)

bat98 may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any point — including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable verification documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued Pakistani identification. bat98 may suspend withdrawal processing until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

Your bat98 account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bat98 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

• You must not share your bat98 account credentials with any other person.
• You must notify bat98 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• bat98 accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your bat98 account.
• You must keep your contact information, including your registered mobile number, up to date.
• bat98 reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for an extended period, subject to applicable law.

bat98 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in a manner that is otherwise harmful to bat98 or other users.

Supported Payment Methods

bat98 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are supported through the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, and MCB Bank. bat98 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

Deposit Terms

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. bat98 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction within your bat98 account.
• bat98 does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your bat98 account without a formal request to bat98 support.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.
• bat98 may require KYC verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per period.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant bonus or promotion.

bat98 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and time limits. The following general principles apply to all bat98 bonuses:

All bets placed on bat98 sports markets — including cricket, Cockfighting, and all other available sports — and all casino game results are subject to bat98's game-specific rules, which are accessible within the relevant game or market interface on the platform.

General Betting Rules

• Bets are final and cannot be cancelled after placement unless bat98 determines an error has occurred on the platform's part.
• bat98 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an error in odds, data feed, or market information has occurred.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at bat98's discretion and may be suspended or rejected without notice.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface.

Casino & Slots

• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). bat98 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Jackpot slots and progressive jackpot games operate according to the specific rules displayed within each game.

bat98 reserves the right to withhold payment of winnings if it determines that a technical error, software fault, or malfunction affected the outcome of a bet or game session. Decisions made by bat98 in such circumstances are final.

• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or loopholes in bat98's systems.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies intended to exploit bonus offers or odds discrepancies in a systematic manner.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods for deposits.
• Money laundering or using bat98 for any financial crime.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Engaging in match-fixing or betting on events where you have access to non-public inside information.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bat98 staff or other players.

bat98 employs both automated detection systems and manual review processes to identify and investigate prohibited conduct. Decisions regarding account action following a prohibited conduct investigation are final.

All content on the bat98 platform — including but not limited to the bat98 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, images, and data — is the exclusive property of bat98 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any bat98 content without prior written authorisation.
• You may not use the bat98 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.
• Screen-recording, scraping, or automated harvesting of data from bat98 is strictly prohibited.

Your use of bat98 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence is immediately revoked upon any breach of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bat98 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the bat98 platform.
• Interruptions, delays, errors, or failures in the bat98 service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including network outages, payment provider failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your bat98 account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
